2023 NEW Fabric Production Lines
As a new type of bulletproof material, UHMWPE has been maturely applied to various fields, and YF PROTECTOR has developed from producing only standard bulletproof materials to a diversified UD cloth bulletproof material production plant with high-end, mid-range and standard models.
Bulletproof equipment has been developing with the renewal of bulletproof materials in the past decades. The development trend is as follows: varieties and styles are more diversified.
YF PROTECTOR has a complete industrial supply chain from bulletproof materials to bulletproof finished products.
To further optimize the Group's industrial structure, two new UD production lines were new opening in 2023.
YF's bulletproof UD sheets feature a unique uni-directional construction in which the yarns are not woven, but instead, lie parallel to each other. The UD sheets are available in both hard and soft sheets, depending on the specifc purpose. Soft sheets are most often used for light and soft body armor, whereas hard sheets are used for bulletproof plates, helmets, shields and other bulletproof applications. End users use YF's UD sheets due to its minimum weight, making it applicable to a wider array of applications, and as it is not affected by water or sunlight, and needs no special protection, it is a great choice for military and law enforcement applications.
YF PROTECTOR adheres to the concept of providing customers with high quality ballistic protection products, strictly screening upstream fiber suppliers and ensuring a sampling rate of over 80% for each batch of fibers. Each batch of UD fabric has strict, scientific and standardized quality inspection standards from process, physical properties and appearance inspection.
The factory accepts all kinds of UD fabric specifications for customization. Ballistic plates, ballistic helmets, bullet-proof vests, shields, anti-riot suit and helmet accessories are all available for customization.
